We have a 14-day return policy for EU customers. Please see below for details based on your location.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union customers — 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a return request directly through your customer account at account.vintageandotherthings.eu, or contact us at info@vintageandotherthings.eu. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging where applicable. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be sent to: VINTAGE AND OTHER THINGS, Schottenfeldgasse 40/4, 1070 Vienna, Austria.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@vintageandotherthings.eu.
Customers outside the European Union
We do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the European Union. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@vintageandotherthings.eu and we will do our best to make it right.
