Small folding desk lamp KREO, model 5WAY NA-101. Made in Japan in the 60s.
Details:
White plastic tubular base. Built-in transformer (220 volt to 12 and six volt). Tubular white plastic screen. Translucent plastic ring below. Rods and folding parts in chromed metal. Metal socket. It has a retractable metal handle that is hidden in the base of the lamp. It is used to keep the lamp in balance when it is fully unfolded or as a wall lamp. The round switch at the top of the base has 3 positions. Off, full power (12 volts) and half power (6 volts)
